Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our full return and refund policy.

How to request a return

Email support@leonarde.co with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.

Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer; see the full policy for conditions concerning damaged, faulty or incorrect items and hygiene-related restrictions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the funds.
